How quickly will you reply?+
On weekdays before 5pm, I aim to reply the same day — usually within a few hours.
Evenings and weekends may take until the next working day. I'll always acknowledge
your enquiry so you know it's been received.
Is the discovery call really free?+
Yes — completely. No card details, no invoice at the end. It's a genuine conversation
about your business. You'll leave with clarity on what you need whether you work
with me or not.
Do I need to know what I want before I contact you?+
Not at all. "I need a better website but I'm not sure where to start" is a
perfectly good starting point. I'll ask the right questions and help you figure
out what your business actually needs.
Will I get a pushy sales pitch?+
No. If I think there's a genuinely better option for you — including doing nothing
or using a different service — I'll tell you. My reputation locally depends on
giving honest advice, not selling projects people don't need.
Can we meet in person?+
Yes — I'm happy to meet clients across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the
surrounding Midlands area. Most work happens remotely (which most clients prefer)
but an in-person meeting is always an option, especially at the start of a project.
What happens after I submit the form?+
I'll review your details and come back to you within a few hours with either
a written quote, a request for a quick call to get more detail, or both.
